Just because the dog has moved up onto the couch, it doesn't mean its digestion or instincts have changed!
Get to know the three pillars of your couch predator’s healthy lifestyle and extend its life by up to 3 years!
Our dogs are closer to us than ever before in human history, yet their average life expectancy is rapidly declining, and they are increasingly less likely to live a proper dog’s life.
There has never been a greater need for awareness than today, when one in five dogs has allergies and every second dog is overweight.
There are countless misconceptions about their nutrition: the vet says one thing, the breeder says another, and then at dog school, we hear the complete opposite. There are numerous conflicting scientific opinions regarding our pets’ nutrition—only the most dedicated owner can find their way through it all.
Hello, I’m Andrea @ Wolfdining
Although I didn’t realize it at the time, I truly became a dog person at the turn of the millennium, when Brenda — an allergic, white-coated Labrador — burst into my life. Because of her, I initially began learning in a self-taught manner about the connection between canine diseases and diet, and later, in 2015, I completed my studies in Germany to become a small animal nutritionist.
The topic became my passion, and I have been continuously educating myself ever since. I am a member of the Raw Feeding Veterinary Society and take part in continuing education courses every year, including those organized by the University of Helsinki Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.
After experiencing the profound impact that a natural diet and lifestyle can have on our pets’ health, it became my mission to help others find ways out of civilization-related diseases as well.
Since 2015, I have helped ≈ 30,000 pet owners with dietary advice.
In 2017–2018, at the request of the Hungarian Veterinary Chamber, I regularly gave presentations to veterinarians on the Raw Diet (B.A.R.F. — Biologically Appropriate Raw Feeding) for dogs and cats.
I regularly write blog articles and publish free e-books and videos on social media, through which my advice has reached hundreds of thousands of pet owners.
In 2022, my book Health in the Dog Bowl was published, offering a way out of civilization-related diseases and teaching the fundamentals of natural nutrition for our pets.
Year by year, I strive to teach more dog owners about the foundation of my philosophy: the three pillars of dog health."
Today, I have the privilege of sharing thought-provoking insights on canine diet and lifestyle through social media and occasionally even national television and radio programs. Over the past few years, together with my team, we’ve helped tens of thousands of dog owners solve their dietary challenges.
The 3 Foundational Pillars of Canine Health
We must start further back than just diet to reduce the harms of modern life. Together, the 3 Foundational Pillars of Canine Health work in synergy to create a happier, longer, and healthier life for your dog.
Due to our close bond, our dogs face the same environmental threats as we do - urban smog, exhaust fumes, dietary issues, and stress-related problems. This is precisely why we must look beyond just nutrition if we want to prevent civilization-related diseases in our canine companions. While a healthy immune system is undeniably important, diet alone isn't the sole pillar of their wellbeing.
