I've had a very special connection with animals since my childhood.
I remember how much I loved herding geese with Bumi, the mixed Puli, at my grandparents' house as a child, dressed in my colorful, frilly gooseherd dress, and feeding piglets with a baby bottle in the summer kitchen.
The world of dogs has enchanted me my entire life. It's captivating when I'm allowed into their little world. Theirs is a world of constant mindfulness, where primal trust and pure emotions exist, unconditionally.
When we learn to speak their language, we begin to truly understand them. If we are open to it, their love and their instinctive reactions to life teach us. Without words, they help us see true values in today's world. They show us what it means to live in the moment, to fully experience the present. They can even help us find our way back to ourselves - when life deals us harder times, they sigh with us, as if they knew the reason. Other times, they make us laugh, even if just a minute before we would have thought it impossible.
I believe it was decided when I was very young that one day, my vocation would also be about them.
In the early 2000s, it was because of our constantly shedding Labrador Brenda's allergies that I first dug deep into the topic of canine nutrition. It hit me then just how misguided we were, feeding our beloved companion exclusively processed food.
The rise of commercial dog foods—essentially fast food for dogs—loaded with synthetic ingredients and sugars, combined with environmental toxins, stressful lifestyles, and chemical exposures, has led to our pets falling victim to the same "diseases of civilization" as humans: allergies, digestive disorders of unknown origin (like IBD), chronic skin and coat issues, joint diseases, rampant obesity, diabetes, and cancerous conditions.
There are so many misconceptions surrounding what truly constitutes healthy nutrition for our beloved companions. My mission is to share my knowledge and experience, helping dog and cat owners adopt a more natural, species-appropriate diet and lifestyle.
Like most new dog owners, I too initially hoped that hypoallergenic kibble would be the solution for Brenda's allergies. Her coat issues, ear infections, and anal gland problems kept recurring—sometimes better, sometimes worse—but she was never truly free from the symptoms of her allergies. If only I knew then what I know today!
Over the years, my team and I have helped tens of thousands of dog owners resolve their dietary challenges.
Why can you trust my knowledge?
For years, I studied canine nutrition on my own, and in 2015, I graduated as a pet dietitian from the Heilpraktikerschule Isolde Richter naturopathic school in Germany. Since the subject had become a passion of mine—and because it’s a rapidly evolving, dynamic field—I continue to educate myself regularly through advanced training.
I am a member of the International Association of Raw Feeding Veterinarian Society. For over 20 years, the world of dogs has been my passion. As a breeder, dog sports enthusiast, and an FCI judge, I have gathered experience across 15 European countries.
Since 2015, I have been publishing blog posts and educational content. Today, I also have the privilege of sharing thought-provoking insights on canine diet and lifestyle through social media and occasionally on national television and radio programs.
Seeing firsthand the profound impact a diet change can have on a dog’s life, I wanted to share this knowledge with as many people as possible. This inspired me to create the Wolf Pack—a health-conscious community of over 10.000 dog owners—and to launch Hungary’s first dog health festival, the Wolf Fest.
My goal is to introduce more and more dog owners every year to the foundation of my philosophy: the 3 pillars of canine health. Thanks to this approach, thousands of dogs are now living healthier, happier lives.
